1) Meeting held Thursday, July 10 at 6:00 pm
at the home of Lois Kahn
6750 E.Eastman Ave.
The meeting is open to all homeowners,
encouraging those interested in participating
in the HOA. The purpose of the meeting is to
select a slate of nominees for the offices of
President, Vice-President,Secretary & Treasurer.
Also, active board members can be named.

2) Break-ins / Thefts
A third incident occurred of an automobile break-in
on E. Floyd, also on Thursday night.
PLEASE REMEMBER: If you are a victim or see
any suspicious activity......notify the police to file a
report 720-913-2000. They want to hear from us.
It will increase patrolling.
