Christmas has come and gone, and as you clean up your house after the holiday, you'll surely want to dispose of your tree before it leaves all of its needles on your living room floor. The city offers a free program called Treecycle. If you leave your tree out near your regular garbage on Janaury 6 or January 13 (our normal trash days), the tree will be picked up and shredded to make mulch. You can collect some free mulch from this program in the spring. Click here for more information.
