The Wellshire East service directory is a listing of service providers that your neighbors have used in the past for work around their homes. These residents were happy enough with their experiences that they recommend them for inclusion in this directory.
Neighborhood Covenants
The Wellshire East covenants state that we are desirous of maintaining our community as a residential district of the highest standard. These protective covenants are not enforceable by the Association. Individual owners have the right to pursue compliance through legal channels. In addition to City Codes, the covenants serve as guidelines for modification and additions to your home as well as acceptable maintenance standards.
