In September 2012, Mark Kelly, a resident of Gun Club Green (a neighborhood near Hampden and Tamarac) initiated an effort to work with the new Target store to connect the bike paths of Rosamond Park to those of Huchinson & Bible Parks via the greenbelt adjacent to the store.
